Hello everyone,

Attached is an email with directions and instructions in case of inclement 
weather for the relay carnival. I think it would be a good idea if you have a 
tarp bring it to put it on the ground in case of rain.  You want to bring extra 
dry clothes as well.  I will plan on bringing the canopies.
